Organic ripe (shu) pu-erh from Yunnan, pressed in 2022 into a cake that breaks into 40 small squares, like a chocolate bar. One square makes one pot of tea: no scales, no knife, no mess.
The taste is clean, smooth and velvety, with a deep, layered aroma and almost no bitterness. Ripe pu-erh keeps for years, so this is a gift that lasts long after the bouquet.

- Tea: organic ripe (shu) pu-erh, Yunnan, China, 2022
- How to brew: rinse one piece with boiling water, then steep in 500–700 ml of boiling water for about a minute. Re-steep 2–3 times.
- Storage: a dry place away from strong smells.
